I'm with #2 on this one. Naivite is pretty broad. Criminal negligence would be one thing, but there's no real precedent for criminal naivite, that I know of.
That said, I don't think killing monsters is considered a crime, Peter.
Some people find a sort of... cathartic release from indulging in violent tendencies. Obviously, like you said, it's not the sign of a sound mind, but unless he's doing something illegal like hurting people, or you have reason to believe he might hurt innocent people, it might be best to just keep your distance.

It seems like they'll use anything to make a case against people here. The laws aren't consistent, and neither are their accusations. It might not be a crime in our world, but it might be one here.
